Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring you are happy with any product you order from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 7-30 days as follows:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. To cancel orders please call +44 (0)1702 351 240 (10am to 6:30pm).
We make all our products by hand and each one is formulated to give the best possible results. Our products take time to make and are expensive to produce because we do not dilute them with water or any synthetics. We do this because we believe in giving the best value for money and focusing on customer results, instead of profits. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, please call +44 (0)1702 351 240 (10 am to 6:30pm) and we will arrange a refund. We ask that, if possible, you please use the product as instructed for a period of 28 days, as sometimes it takes time to see and feel the results, especially if you are prone to sensitive or problematic skin; however we will offer a refund (or send you alternative products that you might like to try) any time between 7 and 30 days.
Replacement of Damaged / Defective products:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if any product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with the original invoice, for an exchange within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered to you.
Please check the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the delivery from Royal Mail. If you notice any damage to the package which you feel might have damaged the product please do not accept the product and instead return it to Royal Mail via the Post Office. Please contact customer service at enquiries@earthzest.co.uk if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged, to arrange return of the product and to resolve your claim.
Products damaged while being used or used products do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money through credit card or net banking channels through which you had made the payment.
